Terms and ConditionsHANDYMAN & BUILDING SERVICES: Confirmation is required before work commences. We reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change. The Client must pay the full amount of monies owed for any work carried out on their property in full on completion. NONE PAYMENT: Top-Builders will collect any outstanding monies owed to them. If as a result Top-Builders has to use a debt collecting agency or county court to secure payment, the Clients agrees to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest which will occur due to the result of none payment of their outstanding bill. By ordering Top-Builders service by telephone, e-mail, fax or website, the Client agrees to be bound by Top-Builders terms and conditions.
